Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, you can certainly purchase a gift certificate. We can arrange a gift certificate to be forwarded to you or your nominated recipient. Should your booking be a surprise for your partner, family member or friend, please let us know where we can discretely send confirmations.
Check in and out times?
Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check out time is 10.30am.
Can we organise a late checkout?
We can try to organise a late check out for you, however, this cannot be guaranteed depending on what other guests we have coming in.
Do you offer cheaper rates for longer stays?
We may be able to assist you with a cheaper rate depending on the length of stay and the season.
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept the following credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment by direct deposit.
When will you confirm my reservation?
Once we have contacted you to confirm availability and deposit payment is received we will email you a booking confirmation receipt.
Can we bring our family pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow family pets at our property as some guests may have pet allergies.
Can we smoke at your property?
Yes, however, smoking is only permitted outside our property. Guests who smoke inside will incur a $200 cleaning surcharge.
What happens if I damage or break something?
We know accidents can happen so please let us know if you accidentally damage or break something so we can arrange to get the item replaced or repaired before our next guests arrive.
Does the property have Netflix and Wifi?
Yes, the property has Netflix and free Wifi so you will still be able to watch a series, send emails or text messages.
I think I may have left something behind in the property?
If our cleaner finds an item that has been left behind it will be returned to us. We will call you and request that you send us a pre-paid postal bag so that we can return the item to you. We cannot guarantee the item will be found.
